|  Inclement weather policy for the CCAA STAR Labor Day Invitational For game changes or field conditions due to inclement weather: Call 825-0236 CCAA Labor Day Invitaitonal Tournament follows the Ohio South Guidelines for Lightning and Hazardous Weather Conditions. The protection and safety of our participants and their family and friends is our #1 concern. We have a lightning detector on-site and if inclement weather is in our area, the detector will be monitored. If at any time during games at our site, lightning is detected or visible, or thunder is heard, the fields will be cleared as quickly and safely as possible. The safest place durng a thunderstorm, with or without visible lightning, is in a car. We will work to get all participants and guests to a safe area as quickly as possible. Participants, coaches and guests will not be permitted to retake the field or restart the game until all of the lightning and thunder or other hazardous weather has left the area. No one will be permitted back on a field for a minimum of 30 minutes after the last lightning is seen or detected or thunder is heard. |
